1. Ordering Information


All prices are listed in US Dollars.

Sales Tax

All Canadian customers will be charged GST or HST depending upon your province of residence.

Order Processing

We try our best to process and ship all orders within a 48 hour period (except for weekends and major holidays), however our busy travel itinerary does not always make this possible. Please be patient if your order is delayed.


Credit Card purchases will show as ‘RUNOUTMEDIA’ on your monthly statement.


Most products are available in both NTSC and PAL formats. Unless noted otherwise, the proper format for you location will be shipped automatically. If you wish to receive an alternate format, please make note of this when submitting your order. When playing DVDs on a computer, please use appropriate DVD playing software (we suggest Cyberlink PowerDVD).


Select items may be marked as 'available for pre-order'. Pre-ordering ahead of time will ensure that your purchase will be shipped as soon as manufacturing is complete. Please note that the specified shipping date is not guaranteed. All dates are tentative and may be subject to change without notice.

2. Shipping & Delivery Information

Shipping Rates

When active, the $5.00 flat rate standard shipping promotion limits your shipping costs to $5.00, regardless of your location or the size/weight of your order. This offer does not apply to wholesale orders.

Standard Shipping Times

Standard purchases will be sent via the most basic air shipping method. Tracking information is not provided with standard shipping. Shipping times are as follows: Canada 3-8 days / United States 7-15 days / International 14-28 days.

Express Shipping Times

We currently do not offer express shipping. We hope to add this service in the near future. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Supported Destinations

We offer shipping to over 130 countries. We however do not ship to Iran, Sudan, Cuba, Syria, or North Korea.

3. Payment Options

Credit Cards

This site uses a secure Paypal payment system to process all orders. A Paypal account is not necessary for Visa, Mastercard, or American Express orders, but it is a requirement when paying through a direct bank deposit.

Check, Money Order, & Western Union

We can accept these forms of payment by mail. Please contact us in advance to place your order, and we'll gladly provide you with the total cost of your order.

Phone Orders

We currently do not accept phone orders at this time. This option will be added September 2010. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Wire Transfer & Direct Bank Deposit

Wire transfers are subject to an additional $15 charge. Please contact us to arrange this type of transaction.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

Delayed or Missing Shipment

Please be aware that International mail orders often take additional time to clear customs. If you suspect that your order was lost in transit, we will either ship you a replacement, or refund your purchase. Claims for missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

Damaged or Bad Media

If you have any problems playing one of our DVD products, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to solve the problem. If the product is damaged or won't work, we will ship a new copy free of charge so long as your claim for the damaged item is received within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.


If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. DVDs are only eligible for return providing that the exterior shrink wrapping is still intact. All items must be in new condition. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.


We accept exchanges on all items that are in new condition. DVDs are only eligible for exchange providing that the exterior shrink wrapping is still intact. Exchanges are valid only on items of equal or lesser value. Exchanges may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Missing Items

Please contact us if an item was missing from your parcel and we will reship it for you. Please keep in mind that some of our products are only available for digital download.

5. Wholesale & Drop Shipping


All our DVDs are available at discount rates when purchased in bulk. We can accommodate any size of order, and discount are given based on the total number of units ordered. This helps to ensure that resellers receive the maximum profit margin possible. Please contact us if you are interested.

Current Distribution

We currently have distribution in the United States, Canada, Estonia, Germany, Finald, and in Japan. If your retail store is located in one of these regions, we can refer you to the appropriate distributor.

Distribution Opportunities

Please contact us if your distribution company is interested in carrying our DVDs. We are always looking for distributors, particularly in Europe and Asia.
